Set yourself apart with this rare light Kingman Turquoise stone! This piece will always make a statement, either add to a string of pearls, or a great stand alone piece! The Kingman mine in northwestern Arizona was one of the largest turquoise mines in North America. It is owned by the Colbaugh family, along with the Turquoise Mountain Mine. The terms “Kingman” or “high blue” refer to the blue color usually displayed in this stone. It has become a color standard in the industry. The mine became famous for its rounded, bright blue nuggets with black matrix. Few turquoise mines produced nuggets, especially of this quality. Old natural Kingman Turquoise is rare to find, but they have been mining new Kingman Turquoise recently. This piece is so stunning and easy to fall in love with! Artist stamp MP & stamped sterling. This pendant measures 2 inches in length and 1 1/2 inches in width. This pendant will fit Navajo Pearls up to 6MM (Sold Separately).
