Are All Your Products Handmade?
All Dakota Sky Stone products are Native American made, South Dakota made or US made/printed. The majority of the jewelry is handcrafted by the Native American tribes of the Southwest, including Navajo, Zuni or Hopi tribes. Each piece of jewelry will be stamped with the maker’s mark. The exception to our Native American made jewelry are the Dakota Sky Stone Exclusive pieces thoughtfully crafted in-house by our wonderful Jim Tice. We take pride in the time it takes to gather our high-quality products from various artists and craftsmen.
Will My Product Look Exactly Like The Picture?
We try to use pictures that accurately represent the beauty of each piece, so yes the product will look exactly like the picture! $40 and Under products are the exception to this question. Each piece of turquoise is one of a kind, the stone may vary slightly from the picture, but the setting will be exact.

Simple answer is Yes! Our family prides in working directly with several turquoise mines and artist so that we can guarantee that our Turquoise is authentic!
Where Do Your Orders Ship From?
All Dakota Sky Stone orders ship from our headquarters in Wall, South Dakota.
Can Your Ship Outside the US?
Currently, we cannot ship outside the US.
How Long Will My Delivery Take?
All orders are shipped within 3-5 days of placement depending on the item. Some exclusions do apply. USPS Priority Express shipping is available on the website for an additional cost to the purchaser.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
All Dakota Sky Stone orders $75 or above ship free. Orders of lower cost will be shipped USPS First Class Mail, at $5 cost to the customer.
USPS Priority Express Shipping (1-3 Day depending on distance) can be purchased at $40 cost to the customer.
Is Order Shipped?
Tracking information is provided via email for all purchases. All merchandise is shipped through USPS unless arranged otherwise. Once items are in possession/scanned by USPS, Dakota Sky Stone is not liable for delayed, lost or damaged merchandise.

What Payment Options Can I Use?
All of our payments are charged through PayPal, Venmo or Sezzle. If you wish to pay with a debit or credit card, select the paypal button and when the paypal window appears click the button labeled ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card.’
If you wish to pay with Venmo, select the Venmo option and scan the QR code with your venmo app on your mobile device.
If you wish to pay over time with four easy installments, please select the Sezzle option when you’re ready to checkout!

Can I Use Gift Cards?
Dakota Sky Stone gift cards are accepted in-store and online! Add the code associated with the gift card to your cart at checkout time, and the gift card will be automatically applied to your balance.

Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, unworn merchandise postmarked to be returned within 7 days of delivery an exchange may be performed. All returns will be charged a restocking fee of 5% (some exclusions apply). Please fill out the exchange/return form before sending any jewelry back to us. Form link here!

Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, unworn merchandise postmarked to be returned within 7 days of delivery will receive a refund. In-store credit will be granted to purchases from the 7-14 day window or to customers without a receipt. Please fill out the exchange/return form before sending any jewelry back to us. Does My Product Come With A Warranty?
Our family strives to offer the highest quality and best products for you to love. We guarantee our jewelry and all artist silver work. If a repair occurs during the first 30 days, there is no cost to you. We stand behind our jewelry 100%, after 30 days a small repair cost may apply to cover artist material cost. All of our jewelry is one of a kind, if a piece is not able to be fixed, a substitute of equal value will be given. Exclusions include, $40 and Under Jewelry, normal wear, damage after purchase, loss and tarnish. Tarnish is not a defect, it is caused by exposure to oxygen. See care card for cleaning instructions.

Will My Jewelry Wear Over Time?
All precious metals will tarnish with wear, even Sterling Silver. We recommend you wrap it up in an airtight container or ziplock bag to prevent oxidation.
How Do I Maintain My Jewlery?
Dakota Sky Stone wants you to enjoy your turquoise for a lifetime.
Here are some suggestions we offer.
Keep your turquoise dry as it is a porous gemstone that absorbs liquid. This affects the stone by softening it, which makes it more prone to cracking, breakage and color change. Remember to take off your turquoise jewelry when showering, swimming, using household chemicals, hand lotion and perfumes. As they all can affect your turquoise.
We recommend storing your jewelry in an airtight ziplock bag with carbon paper, this will help slow the tarnishing process.
How Do I Clean My Jewelry?
Turquoise jewelry is beautiful especially when paired with silver, however cleaning can be tricky as it’s vital to clean the silver and the turquoise separately. We recommend just a silver polishing cloth to clean your silver and a soft damp cloth to clean stone. Pat stone dry when completed.
