Sonora Turquoise, like the White Water
Turquoise, originates from the Campitos
mine located on the Campitos Mountain
outside of Cananea, Sonora, Mexico. This
mine has been in production since the 1980’s.
Campitos turquoise, including the Sonora
Turquoise, is unique in many ways. The
most impressive of which is the way it is
mined. Most turquoise is mined from
veins found in the surrounding stone.
Turquoise from the Campitos Mountain is
often found in clay deposits as nuggets.
Sonora Turquoise tends to have a brilliant
green color with a matrix of brown and
traces of pyrite which add a special sparkle
to the stones.

Pinch me, I think I'm dreaming in Golden Hills Turquoise! This Golden Hills squash blossom is one for the ages, the statement piece of all statement pieces! This pale blue beauty is a piece to cherish for generations to come!
Sturdy silver makes up a simple, streamlined band. In the center rests a large Kingman turquoise stone in all its bright blue glory, gold patches swimming in its depth. A beautiful wear! Bracelet measures 5 inches in length from end to end along the inside of the band as well as 3/8 inch in width, with a gap of 1 1/4 inch. The stone measures 1 1/4 inch in length and 3/4 inch in width. Artist stamped.
Yet another stunning set, courtesy of the Zuni tribe! Vivid, angular inlays contrast nicely with smooth, softly rounded frames. Earrings respectively measure 1/4 inch in length and 1/4 inch in width as well as 1 5/8 inch in length and 1/2 inch in width. Necklace measures 14 inches.
