Navajo Pearls are made by the Native American Navajo artist, which consist of sterling silver pearls that are strung together on silver wire and have a sturdy but stylish clasp. Navajo Pearls are traditionally made sterling silver beads. Handmade sterling beads are often part of a Squash Blossom necklace, and are also made to be worn alone as a single strand necklace, layered or with pendants
The largest Native American tribe, The Navajo, has a history that dates back to the 1500’s. At the time, Native American tribes made beads by hand from the natural resources available to them. Navajo Pearls are made of sterling silver and every individual one is handmade from cutting all the way through to stringing
